With nearly 30 years of experience, Howard Leonard has gained an invaluable amount of theoretical understanding and practical application knowledge in the air conditioning and heating fields.  Having worked for one of Arizona's most prominent air conditioning contractors as both a field service manager and technician, and, having served 11 years as a field service representative and technical consultant for the Trane Company, he draws on an expanded knowledge of many aspects of the industry.

In addition to his field work, Howard has designed curriculm for the Arizona Heat Pump Council's Master Mechanical Program, amassing thousands of hours teaching classes for such organizations as:
